This 83 sqm apartment blends modern comfort with Savoyard charm. Its 45 sqm terrace, onto which the living room opens, and its authentic wooden Nordic bath offer a unique escape, in a sun-drenched family resort.
Set in the centre of the resort, steps from the shops, activities and the gondola, it offers 3 cosy bedrooms including a master suite with its own bathroom, high-end equipment and refined décor that create a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

A40 motorway, exit 19 “Flaine – Les Carroz”, then RN 205 towards Sallanches. At the Super U roundabout in Magland, take the D6 via Arâches to Les Carroz.
15 min from the motorway exit.
By train
Cluses station (nearest). From Geneva, the Léman Express (L3) reaches Cluses in 1h30. Tickets on sncf-connect.com.
Then the “Les Carroz Flaine Express” shuttle connects to the resort (booking required).
By plane
Geneva International Airport ≈ 45 min. Professional transfers to the resort: Les Carroz Transfert, Balme Transfert.
